Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna or chicken
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
  • 1 (5 3/4 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • crushed potato chips (optional)

Method

  • Mix first six ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 9-inch casserole.
  • Cover generously with crushed potato chips and let stand for at least 30 minutes.
  • Bake about 45 minutes at 350°. Serves six.
