Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 4 or 5 pieces garlic, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 catfish fillets (medium size)
Method
- Saute in oil the onions and garlic, then add flour, onion tops and parsley.
- Cook on low heat for a few minutes.
- Add about 1/2 cup water; simmer until almost done.
- Add fish and cook on a low fire until fish is done.
- Season to taste.
