Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 5), quartered
  • 1/3 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese, divided
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped, divided

Method

  • Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 15 to 18 min.
  • or until tender.
  • Drain; return to pan.
  • Smash potatoes coarsely with back of large spoon.
  • Stir in dressing.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  • cheese and 1 Tbsp.
  • onions.
  • Add remaining cheese and onions to potatoes; stir just until blended.
  • Top with reserved ingredients.
