Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 5), quartered
- 1/3 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese, divided
- 2 green onions, finely chopped, divided
Method
- Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 15 to 18 min.
- or until tender.
- Drain; return to pan.
- Smash potatoes coarsely with back of large spoon.
- Stir in dressing.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- cheese and 1 Tbsp.
- onions.
- Add remaining cheese and onions to potatoes; stir just until blended.
- Top with reserved ingredients.
