Ingredients
- 16 oz. fettucini or linguine
- 10 oz. Brie cheese, skin removed
- 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. fresh chopped basil
- sprinkle of Romano or Parmesan cheese
- fresh ground black pepper
Method
- Boil macaroni al dente (a little hard).
- While boiling, soften Brie and mix until smooth.
- Add oil and basil and mix.
- Strain macaroni, place on serving platter and lavishly pour Brie mixture over top; toss.
- Add cherry tomatoes sprinkled with grated cheese and pepper to taste.
- Serve with salad and garlic sticks.
- Delish!
