Ingredients
- 1 English muffin, split
- 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 1 ounce wafer thin ham
- 1 ounce gruyere cheese, sliced
Method
- Lightly toast muffin halves.
- Spread each half with mustard.
- Top with ham and gruyere cheese and grill/broil under medium low heat 2-3 minutes until bubling.
