Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 12 regular flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  • Brown ground beef and drain.
  • Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
  • Simmer 15 minutes.
  • Fill tortillas with meat mixture. Place rolled tortillas in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in bowl except for grated cheese.
  • Pour sour cream mixture over top of tortillas.
  • Add grated cheese over this.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
