Ingredients
- 1 qt. eggnog
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
- 1 c. sherry
- 1/3 c. sugar
Method
- Soak gelatine in 1/4 cup water.
- Heat half of eggnog to near boiling.
- Add gelatine; stir until totally dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sugar; stir, then add rest of eggnog and sherry.
- Stir and refrigerate.
