Ingredients

  • 2 whole chickens
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 4 pkg. egg roll wraps

Method

  • Stew chickens until tender; cool.
  • Debone and chop into small pieces.
  • Shred remaining ingredients in food processor (or chop finely).
  • Mix with chicken.
  • Stir in soy sauce and 1/4 of the broth from the chicken.
  • Spoon into middle of egg roll wrappers. Wrap over, tucking in sides.
  • Secure by moistening edges with water.
  • Deep fry in oil until lightly browned.
  • This recipe will serve 12 people.
