Ingredients
- 2 whole chickens
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 4 pkg. egg roll wraps
Method
- Stew chickens until tender; cool.
- Debone and chop into small pieces.
- Shred remaining ingredients in food processor (or chop finely).
- Mix with chicken.
- Stir in soy sauce and 1/4 of the broth from the chicken.
- Spoon into middle of egg roll wrappers. Wrap over, tucking in sides.
- Secure by moistening edges with water.
- Deep fry in oil until lightly browned.
- This recipe will serve 12 people.
