Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. won ton skins
- 1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except won ton skins.
- Part wrappers and wet with water all 4 corners.
- Place small portion of mixture on middle of won ton skin.
- Roll 2 sides to cover, then remaining 2 sides.
