Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. flour
- water
Method
- Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water.
- Boil for 10 minutes, then peel and cut up.
- In another saucepan, place milk, oleo, salt and pepper.
- Make a thin paste of flour and water.
- Add to milk and oleo.
- Add chopped eggs and stir until thickened. Serve over potatoes.
- Delicious with fish.
