Ingredients
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 large can cream
- 8 eggs, beaten well
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- vanilla
- small amount of lemon extract
- 2 unbaked pie shells
Method
- Place milk and cream in a boiler and heat.
- Do not boil.
- Set aside.
- Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract.
- Pour milk into this mixture.
- Pour into 2 pie shells.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until middle is done.
