Ingredients
- 1 lb. sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2/3 C. water
- 1 small can mushrooms or cut up fresh mushrooms.
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- Add:
- 1 C. sour cream
- 2 T. flour
- Egg noodles or rice
Method
- Cook noodles or rice as pkg. directions.
- Brown steak in skillet to desired doneness.
- Heat in small saucepan water and onion soup mix. Add mushrooms.
- Add 1 C. sour cream and 2 T. flour and mix well. Add the meat.
- Serve meat mixture over cooked rice.
