Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lasagna pasta
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large container cottage cheese
Method
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Spoon a small amount of spaghetti sauce in bottom of a large casserole dish.
- Place a layer of pasta, a layer of beef and a layer of cottage cheese. Continue to layer in this manner until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce.
- Cover tightly and bake in a 325° oven until pasta is tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
- When pasta is tender, uncover and place a layer of Mozzarella cheese slices on top.
- Replace in oven until cheese melts.
