Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pack ladyfingers
- 1/4 c. seedless raspberry jam
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (3.4 oz.) pack vanilla instant pudding mix
- whipped cream
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
Method
- Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise.
- Spread 1 teaspoon raspberry jam on bottom half of each ladyfinger; cover each with top, cut in half crosswise.
- Arrange 4 filled halves in each serving dish, drizzle each with 1 teaspoon sherry and 1 teaspoon orange juice.
- Combine milk and pudding mix in a 1-quart container; cover tightly; shake 45 seconds.
- Pour over ladyfingers.
- Chill.
- Just before serving, top with whipped cream and almonds.
- Makes 6 servings.
