Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pack ladyfingers
  • 1/4 c. seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pack vanilla instant pudding mix
  • whipped cream
  • 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted

Method

  • Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon raspberry jam on bottom half of each ladyfinger; cover each with top, cut in half crosswise.
  • Arrange 4 filled halves in each serving dish, drizzle each with 1 teaspoon sherry and 1 teaspoon orange juice.
  • Combine milk and pudding mix in a 1-quart container; cover tightly; shake 45 seconds.
  • Pour over ladyfingers.
  • Chill.
  • Just before serving, top with whipped cream and almonds.
  • Makes 6 servings.
