Ingredients
- 3 c. hot milk
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 level tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. shortening
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 7 c. flour
Method
- Heat milk to hot.
- Stir in sugar, shortening and salt.
- When cool, stir in yeast and beat well, then beat in eggs and flour. Let rise and work out.
- Don't overbake.
