Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 whole, boneless chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 c. milk (sweet or buttermilk)
  • 1 can Veg-All
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Method

  • Boil chicken until tender; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut or tear into small pieces.
  • Reserve liquid.
  • Place chicken in a casserole dish; add drained Veg-All and onion.
  • Combine soup with enough of the reserved liquid to just cover the chicken and pour in the casserole.
