Ingredients
- 2 to 3 whole, boneless chicken breasts, skinned
- 1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 c. milk (sweet or buttermilk)
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 small onion, chopped
Method
- Boil chicken until tender; salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut or tear into small pieces.
- Reserve liquid.
- Place chicken in a casserole dish; add drained Veg-All and onion.
- Combine soup with enough of the reserved liquid to just cover the chicken and pour in the casserole.
