Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 c. sliced, cooked chicken
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • pimento strips

Method

  • Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender.
  • Drain and arrange broccoli in a greased 1 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch casserole. Place chicken on top of broccoli.
  • Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
  • Pour over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over all.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
