Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef, tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon onions minced
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 x salt
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1/2 pint sour cream
Method
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter and saut?
- onions until yellow.
- Add beef and cook quickly.
- Add 2 tablespoons butter and mushrooms.
- Cook thoroughly.
- Add salt, nutmeg and sour cream.
- Mix thoroughly and serve with brown rice.
