Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. liquid smoke
- 4 to 5 lb. brisket, trimmed
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Put all ingredients in bottom of foil lined pan.
- Close foil tightly and bake for 2 or 3 hours or until brisket is tender.
- Let set for 10 minutes, then slice and eat.
