Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. American cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a 10 x 14-inch buttered casserole.
- Top with 2 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
