Ingredients
- 1 pkg. orange cake mix
- 3 oz. orange jello
- 1/3 c. oil (Crisco)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. frozen orange juice
- 12 oz. frozen coconut
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Grease 2 (8-inch) cake pans; dust with flour.
- Mix orange cake mix, orange jello, Crisco oil, eggs and water and beat for 3 minutes.
- Pour in pans and cook 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
- Let cool in pans 10 minutes.
- Put on cake rack; cool.
