Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean boneless stew meat
- 1 can reduced fat cream mushroom soup
- 4 oz. can undrained mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 can undrained peas and carrots
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Mix ingredients and pour into a well greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
- DO NOT PEEP!
- Serve with bread or rice and crackers.
