- 2 lbs ground beef
- 4 onions, chopped
- 2 buds garlic
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1-1/2 qts water
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 tsp All Spice
- 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cumin
- salt to taste
Method
- Brown beef and onions. Add rest of ingredients.
- Cook over low flame for 3 hours.
- Skim off excess fat.
- Serve over spaghetti.
- Top with grated cheese and raw chopped onions.
- Serve with oyster crackers.
