- 1 head red cabbage
- 10 Brussels sprouts
- 2 Tbsp. red vinaigrette
- 2 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- clove of garlic
Method
- Whip vinaigrette, mustard, olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper and garlic with a fork until creamy.
- Lightly toss cabbage and Brussels sprouts.
- Top with the dressing.
- Follow with crumbled Bleu cheese.
