Ingredients
- 1 c. yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder
- pepper (optional)
Method
- Process all ingredients in a blender until the onion is completely pureed.
- Makes about 2 cups for any vegetable dish or salad.
