Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- butter (size of walnut)
- 1 c. canned milk
- juice of 2 lemons
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
- shake or 2 of Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cook eggs.
- While they are hot, mash them up in casserole dish with butter.
- Put crab meat in.
- Add salt and pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and milk.
- Stir.
- Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
- Cook at about 375° for approximately 30 minutes.
- Be sure to pull crab meat apart.
