Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • butter (size of walnut)
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • shake or 2 of Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Cook eggs.
  • While they are hot, mash them up in casserole dish with butter.
  • Put crab meat in.
  • Add salt and pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and milk.
  • Stir.
  • Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
  • Cook at about 375° for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Be sure to pull crab meat apart.
