Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
Method
- In medium bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat eggs slightly. Beat in corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour filling into pastry shell.
- Bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes.
- Cool.
- If desired, serve with whipped cream.
