Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tomato, Chopped And Seeded
  • 1 cup Cucumber, Diced And Seeded
  • 1/2 cups Scallion, Diced (green And White Parts)
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Pepper, Finely Diced
  • 1/2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Preferably Spanish
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cups Tomato Juice

Method

  • Place all the fresh vegetables in a bowl. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add tomato juice, stir and chill.
