Ingredients
- 3 cups packaged finely shredded green cabbage
- 3/4 cup packaged preshredded carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Combine yogurt and next 3 ingredients; pour over cabbage mixture. Toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Stir just before serving.
