Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 12 ounces chopped deli corned beef
- 3/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
Method
- preheat oven to 350
- spread sauerkraut in bottom of pan.
- place corned beef over top.
- spread dressing and cheese over.
- bake for20 minutes.
- serve with pumpernickel bread or rye crackers.
