Ingredients
- 6 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine and cook on medium for 20 minutes until tender. Gradually add 3 cups milk to 4 tablespoons flour.
- Add mixture to vegetables and cook until thick.
- Add 1
