Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place potatoes and onion in an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
- Mix soup and milk.
- Pour into casserole. Top with pork chops.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
