Ingredients
- 12 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 14 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
Method
- In a blender, combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, sugar, garlic and cheese.
- Blend until emulsified.
- Add sour cream and blend until well mixed.
- Best if made 24 hours in advance.
