Ingredients
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
Method
- Combine all ingredients in 1-cup glass measure.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Cook at 50 (Medium heat) 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with meat, spread on sandwiches or stir into your favorite casserole.
