Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1 pound Chicken, Skinless, Boneless Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
  • 1/4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 package Progresso Recipe Starter, Creamy Parmesan Flavor, 9 Ounce Package
  • 13 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 sprig Fresh Basil
  • 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions then drain it and set aside.
  • Meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat add chicken broth and chicken.
  • Bring to a boil then cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Stir in the Progresso Recipe Starter ingredients.
  • Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
  • Stir in mozzarella cheese.
  • Evenly divide pasta between four plates and evenly divide pasta sauce over the top of the spaghetti.
  • Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
