Ingredients
- 3 oz. chipped beef
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cook dried beef in butter until edges fizzle; blend in flour slowly.
- Add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, if desired, and a dash of pepper.
