Ingredients
- 5 c. quartered potatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 2/3 c. milk
- pepper (as desired)
Method
- Cook potatoes and onions until tender in small amount of water in tightly sealed saucepan.
- Drain.
- Mash vegetables.
- Add butter or margarine, milk, salt and pepper.
- Reheat to scalding.
- Makes 3 to 5 servings.
