Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. flour
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well mixed.
- Stir in flour, salt and vanilla until well mixed.
- Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours.
