Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
- 3 c. sifted flour
- eggs
Method
- Cream butter and cheese.
- Add sugar and beat well.
- Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
- Add flour, a little at a time, on low speed.
- Add extract.
- Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 325° preheated oven.
