Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tall can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Heavily grease and flour a glass pie plate (9-inch), bottom and sides.
- This helps to make the crust. Put all ingredients into a blender; run just until combined.
- Pour into baking dish; sprinkle nutmeg all over the top.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven; let cool slightly so pie sets. Excellent warm or cold.
