- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. (1/2 lb.) fresh cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. seedless raisins
- 1/4 c. chopped almonds
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
Method
- Combine water and sugar in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and add rest of ingredients all at once.
- Boil slowly, stirring until mixture has thickened, about 15 minutes.
