- 1 1/2 pound pork cut into 1 inch cubes
- 3 each potatoes with skins, scrubbed, cubed
- 4 each carrots cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 each onions chopped
- 1 each zucchini cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 each tomatoes whole, canned, cut up
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon beef stock beef, instant
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water, in slow cooker.
- Stir to blend.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or at High for 4 to 5 hours.
- Increase heat to high.
- Combine cornstarch and water.
- Stir slowly into stew mixture until thickened.
