Ingredients
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, cut in pieces
- 1 large green pepper, cut in pieces
- 1 large onion, cut in pieces
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 can corned beef
- seasoning salt, pepper and celery salt
- 1 medium cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- In heavy pan, put oil.
- Add cut up celery, green pepper and onion.
- Saute about 5 minutes.
- Add cut shredded cabbage.
- Cook until tender.
- Add can of corned beef.
- Stir well.
- Cook 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes.
- Cook about 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
