Ingredients
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 can corn Niblets, drained
- 1 can creamed corn (Del Monte or Green Giant works best)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Grease round casserole dish.
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Pour in dish.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- If top is soft, cook another 5 minutes.
