Ingredients
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 c. canned whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. juice from corn
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Saute celery in butter for 5 minutes.
- Add corn, pimento and salt.
- Cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve.
