Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. Kellogg's corn flakes
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Method
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.
- Measure corn flakes and milk into large mixing bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Let stand about 2 minutes, or until softened.
- Add oil and egg; beat well.
- Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
- Grease pans with 12 muffin cups.
- Pour batter evenly into them.
- Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
