Ingredients
- 1 bunch coriander or cilantro
- 3 oz. roasted peanuts, preferably salted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Method
- Cut the coriander to small pieces.
- Mix the peanuts with the coriander chips.
- Add salt.
- Then add soy sauce.
- Finally add sesame oil.
- Mix well and is ready to be served.
