Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (with bone in)
- Bisquick
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can B & B sliced mushrooms
- white wine
Method
- Rinse chicken breasts and roll in Bisquick until they are coated evenly.
- Place chicken breasts in Pyrex dish. Spoon the undiluted mushroom soup evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Drain mushrooms and place over chicken breasts.
- Fill empty mushroom can with white wine and pour over chicken breasts.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and serve over rice or noodles.
