Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (with bone in)
  • Bisquick
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can B & B sliced mushrooms
  • white wine

Method

  • Rinse chicken breasts and roll in Bisquick until they are coated evenly.
  • Place chicken breasts in Pyrex dish. Spoon the undiluted mushroom soup evenly over the chicken breasts.
  • Drain mushrooms and place over chicken breasts.
  • Fill empty mushroom can with white wine and pour over chicken breasts.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour and serve over rice or noodles.
