Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Coke
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and marshmallows.
- Set aside.
- Melt butter with cocoa and Coke and pour over sugar/flour mixture.
- Beat eggs. Mix with buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda; add to mixture. Batter will be thin with marshmallows floating on top.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
