Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Method
- Combine flour and sugar.
- Heat cocoa, butter and Coca-Cola. Bring to a boil.
- In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla and stir.
- Pour Coca-Cola mixture over flour, sugar mixture and mix well.
- Pour milk and egg mixture in with other. Add marshmallows and stir.
- Pour in greased and floured Pyrex dish (9 x 13-inch) and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. (Test with a toothpick.)
